DBR-XR — LIVE PERFORMANCE IN XR

See It In Action

DBR-XR demonstrates our approach to XR concert delivery, capturing a live performance then rebuilding it entirely in 3D — turning a single take on stage into a fully reconstructed, photoreal environment that can be re-shot, re-lit and re-imagined long after the performance itself is over.

What We Captured

Developed with our US technical partners Aina Studios, using a 75-camera, 8K RED V-Raptor [X] volumetric capture rig, we recorded a live band performance in full volumetric detail — every musician, every movement, every interaction on stage, from every angle simultaneously. The result isn't footage in the traditional sense; it's a complete, navigable 3D reconstruction of the performance. That distinction matters. Because the performance exists as real 3D data rather than a fixed camera angle, the entire shoot becomes raw material for whatever comes next.

What It Makes Possible

Why This Matters For Performance Capture

The performance happens once. Everything after that — camera direction, lighting, environment, format — becomes a post-production decision rather than a limitation of the shoot day. That's the shift DBR-XR is built around: separating the performance itself from every choice about how it's eventually seen.
